- Participation in live classes as per the batch schedule
- Access to recorded sessions (where applicable)

5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- Payment plans (EMI) may be available for select courses
- Course access is granted only after successful payment verification
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, presentations, assignments, and materials, are the intellectual property of SkillsForHer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal learning only.

8. Limitation of Liability
SkillsForHer provides training and skill development services. We do not guarantee employment or specific income outcomes. While we offer placement support, final hiring decisions are made by employers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Sharing account credentials
- Unauthorized distribution of course content
- Abusive behavior towards instructors or fellow students
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
